Our mission is to promote community awareness regarding the healing of domestic and sexual abuse. We are a faith-based organization committed to ending the effects of this abuse against women and children regardless of race, creed, or culture. We believe in social justice and change through education, counseling, legal advocacy, and community outreach programs.
Awaken Inc. is a non-profit organization whose goal is to reduce the occurrence of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. Provide emergency shelter and support for victims and survivors. Providing programs and services for healing and restoration. Our mission is to help change the mindset of society’s outlook on violence committed against women and children.
